Hi, I’m Ashley — the hands (and wild ideas) behind Stem and Style.

My background is in fashion, where I spent years immersed in colour, shape, texture, and styling — all the elements I now pour into flowers. 

I’ve always been drawn to the bold and the unexpected — vibrant palettes, untamed texture, and flowers with attitude. Stem and Style was born out of a desire to create florals that feel styled, not standard. Think movement, emotion, personality... not prim and proper posies.

Every bouquet, installation, and tablescape is a mix of fashion-forward design and natural chaos — curated, but never stiff. Romantic, but a little rebellious.

Meet Luke — my husband, chief supporter, logistics wizard, ladder holder, and calm in the creative storm. While I’m knee-deep in colour palettes, petals, and styling chaos, Luke’s the quiet backbone of Stem and Style. He handles the heavy lifting, van loading, spreadsheet wrangling, and keeps the coffee flowing. This is a two-person operation, full of love, hustle, and shared vision.Together, we bring your floral ideas to life — beautifully, boldly, and with a touch of joyful mayhem.
